We have enjoyed many track weekends with this trailer, but the race cars have been sold, so its time to let it go.
The trailer is a very nice 44’ Vintage Living Quarter trailer with some custom modifications for added comfort and functionality.
In the living area, the kitchen counter has been extended to offer additional counter space. This includes an added lower cabinet and a pull-out prep area. Materials were purchased directly from Vintage for this modification which makes it look like it was original from factory. The vent hood, stove and sink were converted to stainless steel. The microwave was replaced with a stainless "Half Time" oven that is convection, microwave and conventional. The 3-way refrigerator works great so you can pretty much cook anything in this trailer.
Has the fold out couch for extra sleeping area. The trailer has the extra height of 7'5"giving it a spacious feel. There is a flat screen TV and built in radio. Air conditioner and propane furnace (furnace needs work) with thermostat control as standard in these trailers. There is an extra battery and an inverter so that you can run the TV and outlets without running the generator.
The living area has never been smoked in.
The garage area is 24 feet long and we carried a Spec Boxster and golf cart. There are plenty of cabinets, 2 tool boxes and a work bench with vise. Both 12 volt and florescent lights and it has a remote controlled 12v winch. The garage area shows some normal wear and the aluminum diamond plate flooring is stained from leaking golf cart batteries.
It has an Onan 7000w generator (only 622 hours!) with control inside the living area. Trailer has hydraulic landing gear. No major dents or scratches on the exterior except for some hail damage on the rear ramp door.
Recent work done: all new batteries, roof professionally sealed, some side panels replaced, hydraulic jack maintenance, and larger black and grey tanks.
I am the third owner and have had it for 5 1/2 years and have clear title in my name. It is located in The Woodlands, Texas area and it is ready to go. Please e-mail me with any questions or to schedule a time to see it.
